The Swedish recruitment communications agency KSMG with clients such as Hitatchi ABB Power Grids, Securitas and Lantmännen appoints a new CEO. After 11 years, founder Amar Singh hands over the role to Lisa Hasselström. Lisa has over 15 years’ experience in the Employer Branding and talent market.

Since the start in 2010, KSMG has acquired the position as the leading Swedish provider within recruitment and Employer Branding in social media. Through both communication services and digital solutions KSMG supports organizations in a cost-efficient way to find the right talent in a market that is becoming more competitive every year. Amar Singh, founder of KSMG, sees great potential for expansion on existing and as well as new markets.

- Our position on the market is very good today. With Lisa as our CEO it will become even better. The board and I have worked closely with Lisa for several years. She has the strategic competence, the business mind and the deep knowledge of the industry we need at this stage. With several new colleagues on board, new shareholders through our partner program and ambitious goals to increase our market shares, the choice of Lisa as our new CEO feels like a given.

KSMG showed excellent results in 2020 reaching the best results ever in the last quarter. With increased growth and extensive product development in 2021, KSMG is now raising the bar even higher.

- I am looking forward to heading up KSMG's continued journey and be a part of our planned expansion. We have exciting clients that challenge and develop us every day, we are a stable company with a solid foundation and, not least, we have a fantastic team behind us. We have all the potential to realize our ambitious plans for the coming years, Lisa Hasselström says.

In the past year, KSMG has recruited aggressively, with the focus to upscale the company. After the summer they are strengthening the team with a trio of senior talents. The trio consists of Anne Margrethe Mannerfelt, who recently comes from Great Place to Work, Klara Blomqvist from Framtidsverket and Anna Majdalani from Coreworkers. With new innovations and service development, KSMG is now a full-service agency providing Employer Branding, concept development, data driven advertising and talent software. The objective is to earn market shares in Sweden and internationally.
