Tina Männik has solid knowledge within the HR world with operational and strategic work with both the client and agency perspective. Tina comes most recently from Coreworkers and before that she has worked with employer branding at, among others, Vattenfall and Tieto for over 10 years.
– I have worked with employer branding and HR issues my entire professional life and am driven by seeing employees develop and truly understand what an important resource they are, not just in words but in action. My background in HR is an advantage as it is easy for me to understand and familiarize myself with the customers' challenges. For me, it is important to always give time to listen and suggest what customers really need, which may not always be what they had in mind from the beginning.
At KSMG, Tina will focus on supporting and developing clients and making them grow with the aim of creating greater business benefit and stronger collaborations. In connection with this, KSMG is also strengthening their focus on Diversity & Inclusion, an area where Tina has many years of experience, and which is becoming increasingly important for employers today.
– Investing in increased diversity and building an inclusive corporate culture is today a hygiene factor for being an attractive and competitive employer. Still, creating change in this area takes time, and much remains to be done.
