Anna Kadric has many years of experience in social and digital marketing on both a global and national level. She most recently comes from Nordea, where she was responsible for building and managing their in-house agency for Creative & Media during six years.
– Running an in-house creative & media team is like being a part of an external agency. I always strive to focus on one central question: “what do customers/employees deeply care about?” By being bold, focused and thorough I was able to gain new internal customers.
At KSMG, Anna will be responsible for the business area within distribution and through that she will lead a team of about 10 employees. Together with the team, Anna will develop and manage KSMG's solid offer in paid employer communication, from strategy and activation to optimization and evaluation. Anna becomes part of the management team within KSMG.
– Employer branding has proven incredibly valuable for companies to recruit top talent and I am very excited to join a team with great passion for helping brands on their journey.
As Anna joins the team, Julia Fernlöf, former Head of Digital, will also enter a new role within KSMG. She will be responsible for our overall business and product development, expanding our key customers and growing our offer within the area of concept & content.
– Anna has a background that will be a perfect fit for the team and the further development of our already well-established offering in distribution. For my own part, this enables more time to focus on our creative projects and our general business operation, which I am very much looking forward to.
