KSMG House of Employer Branding is Sweden's leading full-service agency for employer branding. With specialist competence in strategic employer branding, conceptualisation and distribution, first-class employer brands are created at all stages. In the coming year, KSMG will continue to expand and welcome several new colleagues, initially with four new employees in January.

Karin Ahlberg comes in as Senior Project Manager and Copywriter. With a background in PR, journalism and marketing, she has for over 20 years worked with everything from text processing and concept development to project management. Karin has most recently been running her own company and before that she worked at Coreworkers.

– I think it is so exciting to work with employer branding because it is an area that is constantly evolving. KSMG is at the forefront when it comes to creating, developing and deliver complete solutions. Therefore, it feels great to now be involved and to contribute to that development and be part of this wonderful, curious and professional group!

Jacob Larsson also joins as Project Manager and Copywriter within Brand & EVP and brings with him a broad experience in content production and communication. Most recently, Jacob comes from Grown and previously he has also worked at Borg Owilli.

– KSMG is on an exciting journey, and it will be very fun to become part of their team. Having a strong employer brand, and being able to communicate it, has probably never been as important as it is now. I look forward to working on these issues together with my new colleagues and our customers.

Sara Hjort takes her place as Senior Digital Coordinator and will strengthen the team within Channels & distribution with customer dialogues, advertising strategies and follow-up. She most recently comes from Bonnier News Local where she worked in a similar role.

– I am very much looking forward to becoming a part of KSMG! It will be so exciting to take part in the team's knowledge while strengthening our customers' employer brands both nationally and globally.

Johanna Hagman joins as Digital Coordinator and, like Sara, will become an important part of KSMG's delivery within Channels & distribution. Johanna has a background in advertising and campaign management and has most recently completed her education at Medieinstitutet.

– I am proud and happy to be a part of KSMG. I am really looking forward to working alongside a passionate team and helping our clients create strong employer brands.

KSMG has a total of 37 employees with offices in Stockholm and Linköping. During the spring, even more new colleagues will be welcomed to the team and contribute with important expertise for the continued expansion.
